Hey Robot
AI co-host for live streamers

Say “hey robot” — and your stream answers back.

Hey Robot is an AI co-host that listens to your stream, answers your voice questions live, keeps the conversation going when chat goes quiet, reads every chat in one place and moderates your channel — on your command.

Works in the browser — no install needed. A desktop app with bigger, more accurate speech models is available too.

Connects natively to Twitch YouTube Restream Discord

Everything a solo streamer wishes a co-host would do

One assistant that hears you, watches your chats and manages your channel — while you play.

🎙️

Voice streamer assistant

Say a wake word — “hey robot”, “ok robot”, “Jarvis” — and ask anything out loud. The robot combines live web search with an LLM and answers on your dashboard or overlay, aware of the game you're playing. It can forward its answers straight to chat.

💬

Twitch & YouTube — native connection

OAuth connections to your Twitch and YouTube accounts. The bot answers questions in both chats (triggers and @mentions), creates clips, and its Twitch bot token refreshes itself forever — no silent disconnects mid-stream.

🔀

Restream chat — all platforms in one

Reads the embedded Restream chat over websocket, so messages from every platform you multistream to land in one panel and one history — even without direct Twitch/YouTube connections. Duplicates from native readers are filtered out automatically.

🔥

Topic generation — never dead air

A “heat” system watches for silence on stream and suggests conversation topics tuned to your current game, backed by a weekly research brief the bot compiles about it. Topics are generated in English and instantly translated into your dashboard language — 8 languages supported.

🛡️

Twitch moderation & management

Moderate by voice: ban, mute or delete messages on your command, with confirmation before anything fires. Change your stream category hands-free (“robot, switch the game to ARC Raiders”), and let viewers create clips just by typing a phrase like “clip that”.

🤝

Discord AI bot included

A companion Discord bot for your community: bring your own bot token, flip its features on and off right from the stream dashboard. The two bots exchange capability manifests, so each one knows what the other can do.

🖥️

Desktop app with bigger, better models

The Robot Joe desktop app puts a click-through robot overlay on top of your game and runs large native speech engines on your GPU — Nemotron, Whisper large-v3-turbo, GigaAM, Parakeet — noticeably more accurate than the browser, across 8 recognition languages. It auto-picks the best engine for your hardware.

🧠

Remembers your community

Viewer profiles with full message history and chat search, new-viewer alerts with sound and an overlay bubble, plus a session transcript with timecodes you can download after every stream.

Private by design — your voice stays with you

Speech recognition runs locally: offline in your browser, or with native GPU models in the desktop app. Your microphone audio is not shipped to a cloud transcription service.

Bring your own AI if you want: connect Ollama, LM Studio or your own DeepSeek API key in the desktop app — keys are stored only on your computer and never leave it. Accounts support two-factor authentication (TOTP) and personal API keys.

Live in three steps

No installs, no OBS plugins — the dashboard runs in your browser.

Sign up with your Twitch handle — it takes under a minute.
